Rich has been in the construction and remodeling industry for more than 25 years. Prior to the construction industry, Rich was in the fields of oil and gas exploration as a field engineer and the oceanographic mapping industry (hydrography) as a business owner, systems developer. Across these various fields, Rich has been a small business owner/developer for over 30 years. The most important thing to Rich as a business owner is everyone striving to be “best in class”. A business where everyone works with the highest level of integrity and a teamwork mentality is always Rich’s goal.

Renee Hume

Renee has worked alongside her husband in the construction industry for the past 16 years. Previously, she worked for 14 years as an executive assistant, office manager and bookkeeper. Her current duties include overseeing the administrative and accounting functions of A&A as well as managing corporate operations. Renee’s father taught her early in life that any job worth doing is worth doing well, and she believes that it is important to strive for excellence in all aspects of life. She enjoys educating customers and recognizes that a homeowner who is well-informed will make the best possible decisions for their home and property.

Jim Korff

Jim Korff has over 25 years of sales experience in the home remodeling industry. He has worked at several companies during that time including nine years with Pella Windows & Doors, four years at McKinnis Roofing and two years at American Exteriors. He has valuable experience with windows, siding, roofing, gutters, exterior remodeling, and working with insurance companies, all of which have been very helpful in working with his customers at A&A. Jim prides himself on the high level of service A&A provides as well as their quality workmanship.

Rick Parsons is a native of Nebraska and, after leaving the U.S. Army, started his own residential construction firm in Grand Island that he ran for 25 years. This extensive experience in exterior remodeling focused on roofing, siding, windows, and doors and he is pleased to bring this knowledge to his position at A&A. Rick has always worked hard to complete high quality jobs and provide the highest level of customer service to satisfy his clients.

Jeanne Nielsen

Office Manager

Born and raised in Fremont, Jeanne worked for her family automotive repair business for 20 years. She made the move to Omaha and to A&A in August of 2017 and loves the family-owned, Christian atmosphere of the company. Jeanne prides herself on customer service and always strives to get the job done right the first time.

Tarrin Reed

Tarrin has three years of experience in roofing sales and loves solving the problems of A&A’s customers. She enjoys working for a reputable company that always finds reliable products for their customers and is proud to help A&A take care of those they work with.

Eric Fenske

Since he was a young boy, Eric enjoyed making and designing things. This led him to a career in the construction industry, which he’s been involved in through various trades since 2008. Eric thoroughly enjoys his career helping homeowners resolve problems so they can better enjoy their houses. His desire upon completion of any project is to have delivered a quality project that he is proud of and that the homeowner appreciates. If Eric gives his all on every project, he feels he has done his job.

Jeff Friesen

Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked in installation, sales, and planning. He graduated from Southeast Community College with a degree in heating and air conditioning and was featured on the Dean’s list. Jeff joined the staff of A&A as one of the first employees in 2011 and a highly valued member of the team. With an outstanding reputation for excellent work and integrity in his business relationships, Jeff is a core part of the A&A family.

A Nebraska native, Seth was born and raised in Lincoln. Growing up he helped his father in his woodworking shop and when he was in the 9th grade, he helped build their family home. Seth has worked in the remodeling/construction industry for 22 years because of the skills and passion his father passed on to him and enjoys being a part of a team that can solve problems with integrity.

Jesse Jordan

Originally from Missouri, Jesse has been a resident of Nebraska for 10 years, most of which he has spent working in the hotel industry. Jesse joined the sales team under Jim Korff two years ago and has enjoyed working with customers as a service-related sales representative. Jesse’s friendly and outgoing personality are always appreciated on the team and by A&A’s customers.

Todd Wade

Todd has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. He began his work experience on the farm, constructing and repairing barns and sheds. This is where he learned old-fashioned carpentry from his grandpa who taught him that a man’s handshake on an agreement is his bond. He later worked as a steelworker, water tower sandblaster/painter, silver miner, rough carpenter/framer, concrete form carpenter, and mastered the skills involved in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, house painting, roofing, siding, gutters, and windows/doors. His work at A&A allows him to share his knowledge of home improvement with Nebraska homeowners and make Nebraska a more beautiful place one project at a time.

Todd Peterson

Todd has more than 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial trades. He has been fortunate to learn a substantial amount of skills in roofing, framing, painting, drywall, and more. Todd enjoys gaining experience and knowing the job is done right and it gives him great satisfaction working with clients and knowing that he was able to help them improve their homes.

Ralph Brown

Ralph Brown

Ralph has more than 10 years of construction sales experience and has been growing in the construction industry since 1983. He’s helped build extravagant custom homes to large hotels from the ground up and has sold roofing, doors, windows, siding, gutters and commercial roofing over that time frame. Ralph has also spent many years as a project manager for a large team of 24 installers for a large contractor in the Grand Island area.

In his personal time Ralph enjoy making Native American art, leading two community groups (Restorative Justice & Victim Empathy), and creating music as a drummer. He knows that A&A is a great company to work with and is proud to be a part of their team.

Tom Cholewa

Tom has lived in the Sioux City area for more than ten years. He has 25 years of construction experience as an installer, ten of those specializing in doors and windows. In his spare time, Tom enjoys riding his four-wheeler, playing golf, and shooting trap. He’s excited to work for A&A and looks forward to serving all their loyal customers.

Doug Holmes

Doug has over 20 years of roofing and construction experience. He has designed and built numerous residential and commercial properties, including a 33,000 square foot shopping center in Kearney, NE. His customer-first philosophy and educational approach to sales, combined with his experience, makes customers feel at ease.
Doug serves on the Board of Directors for the Grand Foundation (Grand Theater) and created and runs the annual Grand ComicCon in Grand Island, NE. Doug and his family also perform hundreds of volunteer hours a year in their community. 
Tom Briles

Tom Briles

Tom has over 50 years of hands-on commercial and residential construction experience in exterior envelope solutions – from insulation, low-e and high-energy efficiency construction design applications. He has a personal passion in the community with an active role as a First Responder and Emergency Services and Active Communications Technician to Public Safety for over 20 years. Tom is an OSHA Certified Safety Trainer and DC Low-Voltage Technician. He enjoys sailing and power-sports. He takes personal pride in being a solution provider on many large and small community projects.
